How the desk works

  1. 01

    Research the requirement

We start from demand, not from a list. What is being bought, by whom, on what timeline, and through which route.

  2. 02

    Qualify both sides

Scope, capability, licensing, geography, bonding and capacity are checked before anyone is named.

  3. 03

Confirm the correct route / permission

Public procurement stays within official channels. Private commercial introductions are permission-first on both sides.

  4. 04

Make the introduction and track the outcome

A short, specific introduction with context — then we record what actually happened.

Public procurement stays within official channels. Private commercial introductions are permission-first.

For suppliers

Tell us exactly what is worth your time.

A profile is a filter, not a brochure. We record minimum project size, geography, capabilities, technical range and specifications, prime or subcontract preference, the buyer types you work with, and explicit exclusions — the work you do not want to see.

For buyers

Need a capable supplier without opening the floodgates?

We research quietly, shortlist against your actual constraints, and bring back counterparties that are relevant. Your name and requirement stay closed until you decide otherwise, which keeps unsolicited noise low.

Delivery coordination

Specialist-led project teams

For selected engagements, EstateInfra may coordinate a specialist-led delivery team where the engagement structure and procurement rules permit. Technical work remains led by appropriately qualified named specialists, and any prime or contracting role is disclosed in writing before it is assumed.

FAQ

Are you a broker or representative of the buyer?
EstateInfra does not represent a buyer or supplier unless expressly agreed in writing. For selected projects, EstateInfra may participate directly in a teaming or project-coordination capacity where permitted by the procurement. We do not negotiate, bid, or contract on anyone's behalf unless that role is expressly agreed for the specific engagement.
Do you sell lead lists?
No. We do not sell contact databases, scraped lists, or bulk exports. The work is researched requirement by requirement, and an introduction only happens when both sides agree to it.
Do you reveal counterparties before there is interest?
No. Requirements are described in the abstract — scope, geography, timing, constraints — until both parties confirm relevance. Names are exchanged only with permission.
How do federal and public opportunities work?
They stay inside the official solicitation process. Where a requirement is public, our role is limited to research and pointing suppliers toward the correct channel, registration or teaming route. Nothing we do changes or shortcuts a public procurement.
What happens after an introduction?
The conversation belongs to the two parties. We confirm the introduction landed, note whether it progressed, and use that to sharpen future research. An introduction is not a guarantee of a meeting, proposal, award, contract, or revenue.
